Privacy and personal data
To place an order we ask for two things: your name and your mobile number.
What they are for
They are used for the confirmation call and the delivery. They are stored encrypted and shared only with the distributor who ships the product.
Measuring the shop
We use Microsoft Clarity to see which pages are viewed, where people click and how far they scroll, so we know what to fix. Clarity may set its own measurement cookies in your browser.
What we do not do
The name and mobile fields are masked: what you type there is never sent to Clarity. Your data is never sold and no advertising is sent to you.
Deleting your data
Write to contacto@gliveo.shop with the mobile number of your order and we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
